I think it's running fine for me at the moment. Sometimes it runs slower than other times though. Not sure why. But yeah it might be that you're in Canada.
yeah like nothings working, IM's off games work at about a 10th of the speed and the scavenger hunt won't even work. I'll try it when i'm back stateside also have you ever heard of Geocaching? its allot of fun
To upload pictures go to My Account -> Edit My Pictures and then click the "Attach File" button and browse to a file on your computer. You can attach as many as you want, and finally click the "Upload" button.
